We have a number of opportunities to join our lovely team over the coming year. Please check the vacancy list and documents below.
PLAY LEADERS AND SENIOR LEADERS – HOLIDAY CLUB
If you are interested in joining our team, please contact us by email: admin@springasc.co.uk We are especially interested in enthusiastic, friendly people with QTS or Early Years Educator Level 3. We love a First Aider too!
Once on our books and assigned roles, you can choose your shifts and site as suits you. We pay £13.20 per hour for playleader roles and between £15-£17 per hour for Deputy and Manager roles.
To get on our books you will need to email us the following:
- a brief CV or application form
- copies of your photo ID (ideally 2 types of photo ID)
- copies of your relevant qualifications
- If you have lived abroad in the past 5 years, a copy of your overseas check letter
- If you do not have a British passport, we need proof that you are able to work in the UK
- If you have a recent Enhanced DBS we would like a copy of this. If you do not have a recent DBS we will apply for one for you, but this will take several weeks
- Details of 2x professional referees. These should be the headteacher or most senior line managers at your most recent post. We will contact them to provide a reference for you.
- We will also need to speak with you on the phone and arrange an interview.
- Check your suitability for our organisation
- Interview you, check your references and check your documents
- Organise your DBS, if you need one
- Sign you up to RotaCloud so you can see what shifts are available
- Expect you to attend training and orientation and read documents sent to you
- Answer any questions you may have
In order to be paid, we will need you to email us:
- Your bank account details

We pay in arrears on the last day of the month using PAYE (Sage Payroll).
On your first day of work you will need to:
- Arrive early enough to have an orientation and to collect your uniform. Staff briefing is at 8.15 and you should arrive before this
- Bring your original photo ID, DBS and relevant qualification documents to show the manager
- Put your full energies into enjoying spending time with our lovely children and lovely staff at our lovely club
