SPRING HOLIDAY CLUBS is a small family business owned and managed by Sam and Sarah, originally starting as a childcare solution for their own family. Their children are now aged 6, 8 and 11, and still regularly attend SPRING.

Sam is a Primary School teacher by vocation, holding most senior leadership posts including Headteacher (best job ever!). She now works as a school improvement advisor specialising in safeguarding and inclusion across the sector. Sam manages the curriculum, personnel, and day to day oversight of the clubs. You will often see her on the gate or teaching at the clubs.

Sarah’s day job is something incomprehensible connected to servers and infrastructure analysis. She manages the invisible end of SPRING, ensuring everything is crossed and dotted.

They are supported on the ground by a fabulous and well-stocked team of qualified teachers, Level 3+ nursery nurses, actual nurses, experienced LSAs and specialist teachers and coaches.
