SPRING clubs are highly popular and highly successful. Our format, planning and structure provide happy, enriched clubs which often sell out within hours of publishing passes, despite minimal advertising. A SUMMARY OF OUR FRANCHISE OFFER:

A franchisee would need:

  • To be a qualified teacher or to have a Level 3+ Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent), or to have an identified manager who does
  • To commit to our principles of fair pay and fair treatment of staff
  • To commit to our principles of kindness and professionalism towards all
  • To have an in-depth interview and to pass background checks
  • An initial investment from £3000 for the regional franchise, full set up and support
  • A monthly subscription fee from £150 per club run within the region
  • Access to emergency funds equivalent to a minimum of 4 weeks’ full payroll
  • To take full responsibility (with support and full guidance) for their clubs including premises, recruitment and meeting standards
  • Plenty of energy and enthusiasm!

The rewards are enormous, not least in financial return, with projected profits of up to £4000 per week per club run. This could translate into an annual profit of up to £37,626 per club run, plus an additional £650+ per week should the owner wish to take on the role of operational manager. These figures are fully available on request and include excellent ratios, high hourly wages, charitable donations, generous resourcing and overstaffing.
